Bizcocho de chocolate ❌🥚

 

Ingredientes:

• 300gr de calabacín triturado sin piel
  
• 125ml de aceite de girasol
• 160gr azúcar
• 250gr harina
• 60gr cacao en polvo
• 1 cdita levadura química
• 1 cdita esencia de vainilla
• nueces (opcional)

Simplemente mezcla primero los ingredientes secos y luego los húmedos por separado y después los unes en un bol hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

Hornear a 180ºC durante 35 min aproximadamente en un molde tipo pound cake.

Se puede decorar con azúcar glasé por encima para mejorar la presentación.

Carrot Cake | Receta

 

Ingredientes para el bizcocho:

• 3 tazas de harina
• 2 cditas bicarbonato
• 2 cditas levadura química
• 1/2 cdita sal
• 1 cdita canela en polvo
• 1/2 cdita nuez moscada

• 3 huevos grandes
• 1/2 taza azúcar blanco
• 3/4 taza azúcar moreno (puede ser de un solo tipo)
• 300 ml aceite girasol
• 100 ml leche o bebida vegetal
• 4 tazas zanahoria rallada aprox (5 o 6 de tamaño grande)
• 1 taza pasas (opcional)
• 1/3 taza de frutos secos (almendras picadas o nueces)
• 1 cdita esencia de vainilla

* Hornear a 170ºC durante 30-45 min hasta que al meter el palillo salga limpio, OJO que en el centro tarda más en cocinarse.

 Ingredientes para el icing (si no se lo pones también está rico):

•  250gr azucar glass
• 90 gr mantequilla a temp. ambiente
• 1 cdita esencia de vainilla
